The Six Pillars of Faith

Faith in Islam rests on six fundamental pillars mentioned in the well-known Hadith of Jibreel (AS) when he asked the Prophet ﷺ about iman.

First: Belief in Allah — The cornerstone of Islamic faith, encompassing belief in His existence, Lordship, divinity, and His names and attributes.

Second: Belief in the Angels — Beings created from light who never disobey Allah's commands.
